Well, its finally complete, with the exception of a few bugs.Chat

Our new chat feature seems to work flawlessly on the latest browsers, but will struggle in IE6. Some schools still run IE6 so I’m sure we will get a few emails regarding issues.

The chat feature is now live and won’t flicker the page on a refresh. You can’t delete any messages and only the last 30 will remain. It has been coded to delete older messages automatically and they cannot be retrieved. It is my goal that this feature be used as a “support” medium for students who do not understand a the Twiducate Platform assignment. We can assume generic chatting among many students, isn’t that why we use the Twiducate Platform in the first place

Hopefully you see the value in this new “widget”.
