Introduction

Hello my name is Sherebanu and I am french, I was born and raised in Paris. I have been teaching french for 11 years. I teach face to face and also online, face to face I have taught in Paris, Pakistan,Malaysia and currently I am teaching in Nairobi.
Online my students come from North America South America, Australia, Africa, Europe, from all over the place. I am a certified teacher and an examiner of the DELF a1 A2 B1B2
that means I can help you with specific grammar and vocabulary to prepare for your DELF exams.

I love teaching because I also get to learn a lot from my students and most importantly I can share my love of french culture through the language.

All my students tell me that with me not only they learn french but they gain confidence and fluency to communicate in real life situations, it really makes me happy to see how quickly my students improve during my classes, they can start conversation very fast as I encourage them to talk as much as possible.
In addition, I have trained many multinational corporates, I also help students for their university courses in french
I can teach all ages and levels from beginner to advance i taught in schools university and in corporates.
I use the CLT methodology : communicative language teaching with helps my student in becoming more comfortable in the language, now if you are a beginner you must be thinking how can you communicate well you will be surprised to see that there are so many words that you know wether you speak german spanish arabic or english there are a lot similarities which will help you understand better the french language and progress faster,

together we will speak and read a lot, reading helps with vocabulary, oral production and pronunciation.But most importantly I tailor my lessons for my students, that means I listen to your needs and to your goals .

Teaching style

I use the Communicative Language Teaching Methodology. I encourage my students to speak as much as possible. For beginners we start with words in their native language that can be similar to the french, this help the student to become more familiar and confident with the language .
