In each lesson, I would like to incorporate grammar, reading, vocabulary, listening, and speaking through the mixture of lecture, conversation, and games. I will be checking on the students' pronunciation and intonation as well since I would want them to be able to speak natural-sounding Japanese. I expect the students to speak/sound out as much Japanese as possible during the class so that they can train their mouth to speak with the correct pronunciation. I have several Japanese teaching curriculum, but I will personally build a curriculum depending on my students' levels, knowledge, and goals. By sending some study materials by email, I will assign some independent work if the student wishes to do so.
I have a shodan (first degree in black belt) in Kendo which I got when I was in Jr. high and I have loved Kendo since then. I am self-teaching violin and Spanish now. I just enjoy trying new things.
