She has worked as a Spanish teacher in both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking countries, which has led her to gain insight into the diverse learning styles that exist based on the nationality and educational and cultural background of the individual.
She has recently spent 3 years in Australia, where she was in charge of language training programs for students of diverse origins: Australasia, Europe, and Asia.
She has taught large and small groups, as well as one-on-one instruction; beginner to advanced levels; summer courses, intensive courses, Spanish for travel courses, and Skype lessons. Being an ambitious professional, she has also developed her own small business as a private tutor, which has enabled her to be the designer of tailored training programs. In such role, she gained valuable experience in assessing the student`s level, as well as in making decisions about what learning material should be used, focusing on the specific interests and abilities of the individual in order to make sure that the student's language objectives are always successfully achieved.

She is a facilitator, more than a demonstrator: her teaching style emphasizes student-centered learning. With Tatiana, the student will learn by doing. She strives to create an atmosphere where the student is encouraged to participate, ask questions, and have an active role in the learning process. She likes teaching in a way in which the teacher accounts for only 30% of the class. On her classes, the student is the "star": the class is about the student. While 70% of the class consists of engaging activities that will help you to learn, consolidate your knowledge and put into practice what you have learned, all this under her active guidance and assessment.
