Arles Ramirez Ramos - Spanish Tutor

Introduction

¡Hola! My name is Arlés and I am a native speaker of Spanish from Oaxaca, Mexico.

I have a degree in language teaching from the Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez in Oaxaca. I began teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language in 2018.

I have taught all levels of Spanish to young children, adolescents, college students, and adults. Many of my students have come from the US, Canada, and Japan. Besides general Spanish, I can teach specialized classes in conversation, writing, Spanish for tourists, and Mexican culture.

In addition to teaching, I love to learn new languages, meet new people, get to know new cultures and visit new places. I also like photography and reading.

I've visited or lived in the following countries: Mexico

"I've been working with the same Spanish tutor almost two years (shout-out to Arles!), we have an excellent relationship and it's fun to get to know another culture in the process. I also listen to their podcast which is nice too. It's easy to schedule and cancel appts. Very reliable. I'll definitely keep going." Christy N. - Unknown

"I can’t believe how awesome this service is. I can ONLY speak to Arles as a Spanish tutor, but he’s the best teacher I’ve ever had. He’s incredibly organized with PowerPoints and lesson plans." Nick L. - Unknown

"Since my rural community does not have good access to some educational resources, I am thrilled that Live Lingua offers its language teaching services via Zoom. I get along well with my Spanish and German teachers, which feels great to connect with others during pandemic times. The pricing is extremely fair for both languages as well. I look forward to working with you guys for years to come! Thank you!" Manuel M. - Unknown
